SHIPPING:
Every wax creation will be shipped directly 'in house' by myself.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Shipping cannot be combined on multiple orders.
Shipping timelines are 4-7 days on average, occasionally pushing out to 7-14 days if unforeseen circumstances arise. I will be shipping only pre-made products that have had time to cure.
Shipments will be made through USPS.
Shipping is not subject to refund.
Shipping deals do NOT extend to international orders.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your goodies have an error caused by myself, please reach out to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your package.
If a refund is possible due to a defect, we will require the item to be shipped back within 7 days before a refund can be issued.
