Keep out of direct sunlight to avoid discoloration and melting.
A variety of wax products have been dyed with mica powder pigment. Since mica powder is heavier than soy wax, it tends to settle when melting for a while. This does not affect the quality of your products. You can stir with a toothpick to lift it back up before cooling.
Working with soy wax, we are bound to see the effects of polymorphism. Soy wax is polymorphic, meaning it crystallizes in response to temperature changes and time. Generally speaking, the more time it has during a temperature change, the larger the window for crystals to form. You may see "frosting" or white swirls/patches in your products caused by this. However, it is normal and does not affect the quality of your product. It ensures you are receiving 100% pure soy wax.
